Present work has been conducted in the laboratories of the College of Education for Pure Sciences / University of Diyala during 2014-2015 on in vitro plant, Withania somnifera commonly known as Ashwagandha with addition of different concentrations of sucrose 30, 60, 90, 120 g / L to MS medium for study the influence of different sucrose concentrations on the process of high Secondary metabolite compounds production of Withania somnifera , sucrose levels in certain limits leaded to increased production of Secondary metabolite compounds, ten compounds with different rates were produced such as 17- hydroxy 27 deoxy withaferin was recorded maximum rate with significantly difference from other compounds in the treatment sucrose 30 g / L, whereas 27-hydroxy withanolide D was recognize with significantly difference from other compounds in the treatment sucrose 60 g / L and Withanone compound rate in the treatment sucrose 90 g / L was significantly increased from other compounds whereas MS medium containing 120 g / L sucrose led to burn of shoots and turn it to brown.
